Example of exercises for the whole body with TRX and your body weight
1. Squatting + Rowing: Exercise to strengthen leg and upper body muscles with an emphasis on the back muscles. 4 series per 10 to 15 reps.
2. Push ups + Pyramid: Complex exercise for strengthening chest muscles and abdominal muscles. 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps.
3. Lifting the Hips: Exercise to strengthen muscles of the lumbar back, muscles of the buttocks and hamstrings.
Exercise can be performed by isometric contraction or repetitive contraction. If it is performed as an isometry, then 3 series of 20 to 30 seconds of plank. If repetitions are being made, then 3 series of 10 to 15 repetitions are performed.
