About the Reformer

Pilates Reformer was invented by Joseph Pilates, a former gymnast and boxer who, among other things, wanted to create an exercise for people with impaired mobility. He had created a unique set of exercises and designed the Reformer. It is a special device which looks like a bed with springs, ropes, and a sliding carriage, enabling you to perform several hundred exercises. Nowadays, Pilates Reformer is one of the most efficient exercise programs, equally used by professional athletes, amateurs and healthy lifestyle aficionados.
