About Finnish sauna
There are number of proven benefits of using the sauna, including increased heart and brain health. Depending on the benefits you want to achieve will determine the frequency and duration of sauna use. Take a warm shower before starting your sauna session starting slowly with 5-10 minutes time in the sauna, try to lie on the benches and move up and down to regulate the level of heat.
Recommended temperature: 65-80 °C.
Tip: Afterwards take the plunge in our bucket drench to immerse your body with invigorating cold water and then use the ice to target areas of your body requiring more cold stimulation.
